Industrial giants China and India not only feel obliged to make up for the American economy's shortfalls, but also to maintain financial order in their own houses, which have gone from boom to relative slow-down in less than a year. China is counting on a nincrease in domestic spending while India is opting for restructuring. That leaves the two Asian giants both strong and weak,hopefu land skeptical.
