When the UN gets it right and when it gets it very wrong
They are called Millennium Development Goals. They were launched in 2000 by 189 countries to record progress and recession in demographics, birth and death rates, instructional levels, the healthcare situation, the use of computer technology... The first verifications say that a few, important achievements have been attained. But, the greatest delay is in the objective that commits rich countries to a global partnership for development.
