The Lithuanian capital of Vilnius continues riding a developmental boom that began in the late 1990s. Cereria Terenzi, a candle-maker located near the Adriatic city of Rimini, began as a small family enterprise in the 1950s. ! While the family tradition endures, the business has expanded into the growing luxury market, which includes an array of scented candles.
