It’s too late…

A survey claims that if the Brexit referendum were held today, the outcome would be different. The elections left May worse off than Cameron and clinging to power. A kingdom without a leader.

Anational poll of Conservative Party members conducted by the website Conservative-Home revealed that Prime Minister Theresa May has performed a public relations stunt unparalleled in British political history. The prime minister has gone from 89% approval before the election to 26% disapproval after it: a swing of 115%.

Apart from her awful performance during the election campaign (which revealed her incompetence in excruciating
detail), May has also taken a bashing over the government’s handling of a terrible fire in a block of London flats. The fire itself was not her fault, but it drew fresh attention to the fact that May only knows how to talk to people who agree with her. She is a typical provincial Conservative woman, respectably married, respectably employed and with no particular ideas of her own. It is surprising that so few people realized this before the election.
