21 May – 6 June 2019
After the success of the first two editions, the Sustainable Development Festival – the greatest Italian initiative that raises an unprecedented reflection on the future of our country, on Europe and the world – is back.
The Festival aims to give voice to citizens, businesses, local and national institutions, universities and civil society to foster dialogue and share best practices on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda.
In the wake of this global push, the Italian Alliance for Sustainable Development (Alleanza Italiana per lo Sviluppo Sostenibile – ASviS), together with over 200 civic organizations and networks, will promote the third edition of the Festival. From 21 May to 6 June 2019, hundreds of initiatives will take place all over Italy: conferences, seminars, workshops and events that will feature culture, art, entertainment (cinema, exhibitions, theater, food and wine events, etc.) and sport.
A unique formula in the international scenario that, thanks to the involvement of hundreds of organizations across Italy, the active role played by universities and the opening of “public squares” of sustainable development in some large cities, allows millions of people to be reached every year all over Italy.
Let’s do our share for the goals of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
Let’s do our share for our future.
